Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to all use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to agree to these terms.

2. Service and environment

• The App provides teleprompter features that use speech recognition to auto-scroll text.
• The speech recognition feature uses Apple’s Speech framework and is generally processed on device, but server-based recognition may be used depending on OS settings or environment.
• Users are responsible for preparing required devices, network connections, and related costs.

3. Prohibited actions

• Actions that violate laws or public order.
• Actions related to criminal activity.
• Actions that disrupt the App, servers, or networks.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
• Collecting or storing personal information about other users.
• Any other action the developer considers inappropriate.

4. Suspension

The developer may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice when maintenance, force majeure, communication failure, Apple API or OS changes, or other operational reasons make continuation difficult.

5. Disclaimer

• The developer does not warrant that the App is free from defects, errors, bugs, or rights issues.
• The developer is not responsible for damages caused by use of the App, including data loss, failed recordings, or lost opportunities.
• Speech recognition accuracy depends on the user’s speaking environment, microphone, OS behavior, and other factors; perfect tracking is not guaranteed.

6. Changes

The developer may change these terms when necessary. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer’s location.
